Claim Refund
If the amount raised hasn't reached the soft cap (the minimum fundraising amount) by the campaign's end date, the campaign is considered unsuccessful. LP tokens are not issued in this case — every contributor can claim their contribution back in full.
Open the campaign. Go to DAO → Crowdfunding tab and select a campaign that didn't reach its goal (Campaign Did Not Reach Goal status), or find it via the My Crowdfundings list.
If you contributed and haven't claimed a refund yet, a Claim Refund button will appear on the page. Click it.
Swipe the slider to confirm, and sign the transaction in your wallet. The app sends a refund request to your personal Helper contract for this campaign.
Wait for confirmation. The amount you contributed (TON or jetton, depending on the campaign's currency) will be returned to your wallet.
A refund can only be claimed once per campaign — after confirmation, the status changes to "Refund Claimed." If you didn't contribute to this campaign, the Claim Refund button won't appear.
The Claim Refund button is only available for unsuccessful campaigns. If a campaign reached its goal instead, claim your LP tokens: Claim LP Tokens.
